Ingredients:
- 2 cups water
- 2-3 teaspoons fresh organic lemon balm or dried lemon balm
- Honey (optional)
- Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a pot or kettle.
- Crush lemon balm leaves slightly between the fingers to release natural oil, and place in a mug. Pour the boiling water over the leaves.
- Wait 5-10 minutes for the herbal tea to infuse then remove the infuser. Optionally add a touch of honey or another natural sweetener before drinking.
This tea you can drink for insomnia at night before go to bed.
Lemon balm for heart
- 1 tablespoon dried lemon balm
- 1 cup water
Preparation:
