High blood pressure and high cholesterol are linked. When the arteries become hardened and narrowed with cholesterol plaque and calcium, the heart has to work much harder to pump blood through them. As a result, blood pressure becomes abnormally high.
This old recipe is considered proven to work and tested by others:
Ingredients:
ginger, grated (1 small piece)
1 garlic clove, grated
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender on high speed for 30 seconds. Strain, and transfer the “medicine” to a jar. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
How to use:
Take a 1 tablespoon of your “medicine” before breakfast and dinner. Stick to this dose, as a larger amount is not recommended.
Precautions:
Ginger
should not be consumed in large quantities, as well as with gastritis and peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum, gastroesophageal reflux disease, cholelithiasis and other diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, as ginger has an irritating effect.
Garlic has a few side effects

can cause:
- heartburn, burning in your mouth or throat
- nausea, vomiting, gas or diarrhea
- headache
- allergic reaction
Apple cider vinegar can
- reduce density of minerals in the bone which makes it delicate and weak
- reduce blood sugar level
- because of high acidic content, it damages the enamel of tooth; rinse your teeth after taking
apple cider vinegar
- lowers the potassium level in the body
- because of diuretic effect makes person urinate more often and it later leads to dehydration of body
